Aare Oyefeso, 58, is an Engineer and an indefatigable businessman. Aare has his first degree in Engineering from South Bank Polytechnics in Great Britain and holds a postgraduate in philosophy from Rosai Crusix University, U.S.A. He has successfully pioneered many organizations, which include Feskol Power Engineering Ltd. And Capital Industries Ltd. Which are member of Kotco Group of Companies, a conglomerate of Engineering outfit that are into Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Consultancy and Technical Equipment / Spare part supplies. He is also the Chairman/Chief Executive of Ope Farms Ltd. He holds the Civic Honours of Aare Ona Kakanfo, Ode Remo (His home town). He is a member of Island Club of Lagos and life patron of Lagos Country Club, Ikeja.

‘Bode Sotannde, 36 a native of Ogun State. He is a season Insurance Practitioner. He has both his First and Second Degree from Lagos State University, Ojo. (LASU). He started his insurance carrier with Towergate Insurance Plc. Now 1st Insurance Plc. He has attended many insurance courses both home and abroad: including Risk management and Insurance consulting services (RIMICS at Banjul. Gambia. Before joining Hilltop Insurance Brokers Ltd. As the Executive Vice Chairman. He works with Fidei Insurance Brokers as a pioneer underwriting/Technical Manager where he rose to become the General Manager. He is of many professional bodies including that of the Charted Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
Managing Director
‘Segun Adekoya, 36, a native of Ogun state and a charisma service provider. He is schooled and an Associate member of the Council of Registered Insurance Brokers of Nigeria. He has a Diploma in Computer Management study; Including CIIN course for Insurance Brokers Chief Executive. He has over 15 years insurance Broking Experience. Which include Head Client services, Underwriting/Technical at Thomas Insurance Brokers Ltd, He was Head Private and high net worth individual Group at Carrier Insurance Brokers Ltd. Before his appointment as the Managing Director of Hilltop Insurance Brokers Ltd he was the Chief Operating Officer of Secure Insurance Brokers Ltd. He holds membership of many Professional bodies including that of the Charted Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

Prince Simeon Ajibola, 48, a native of Ekiti state and an astute investor. He read professional marketing and Law from Kaduna Polytechnic and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria respectively. He has a post Graduate Diploma in management from University of Lagos. He has attended many management courses both home and abroad .He was one time a General Manager in Total Nigeria Ltd, a multi-million-naira Petroleum Company in Nigeria. He was also the Chief Executive of Ablenid Nigeria Limited and Able Computers Limited. He his currently the Chairman/ Managing Director of Top Crow Petroleum Ltd.

Alhaji Ahmed S. Barma. 39, a native of Mallam Madori Local Government Area in Jigawa State. He is Analytic in Nature, an Engineer by profession. He has most of his education background in the United Kingdom, He has is (‘A’ Level) at Tor International School, Highham Langport, Somerset, United Kingdom, He bagged his B.sc Engineering in the Plymouth Polytechnic, Plymouth, United Kingdom. His title Holder in the Hausa Community, such as The Turaki of Festac Town Lagos, Sardauna of Lagos. He is member of many Social and Professional Bodies both home and abroad, amongst are: Vice President Professional Boxing Authority of Nigeria, Nigeria Chess Federation, Nigeria Polo Association, United Hadejia Emirate Development Association ( Member Board of Trustee) Interbational Road Federation, Geneva. He is the Executive Chairman of A.G.S Barma Limited, Managing Director Deltex Nigeria Haulage Company Ltd, Managing Director Dunia Oil Nig. Ltd. Alhaji Ahmed married with children.

‘Deji Adebayo, was born precisely 41years ago in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, known then as Ondo –State, Nigeria. He is schooled and holds an M.BA in Human Relations & Organizational Behaviour from Olabisi Onabanjo Univeristy, Ago-Iwoye.
Deji belongs to some professional bodies, notable amongst which are: Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (C.I.I.N) & Advertising Practitioners Council Of Nigeria (APCON). Going by the fact that, he has put in many years in the insurance industry qualifies him as a veteran. Prior to his invitation on board as an Executive Director, he worked in Pilot Finance Company, as Marketing Manager, Leadway Assurance Company as a Marketing Executive for about 7years and also had a stint with Guaranty Trust Assurance Limited as a pioneer staff in charge of business development and execution, for Mainland area of Lagos, in his capacity as an Assistant Manager.
Concurrently, he is presently the Marketing Director of Purpose-today Consult, a subsidiary of Purpose-today Network Limited and also the Managing Director of Dattal Ventures.Deji is happily married with a kid. |
